Soothing Sounds: A Floating Sound Bath

What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a deeply meditative experience where vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments wash over you, helping to release tension, stress, and stagnant energy. As the sound waves travel through your body, they assist your mind in reaching a meditative state, creating a profound sense of peace, relaxation, and a nervous system reset—allowing you to fully unwind and press pause on your busy mind.

A sound bath is a simple and effective way to tap into your heart space to experience physical, emotional and spiritual connection with the truth of who you are, the “Divine Self.”   It is in this sacred space that true and lasting peace is remembered once again.  Krista’s sincerest wish is that everyone has access to this amazing modality!

Why Experience a Floating Sound Bath?

Event Details:

• Arrive at 6 PM to check in and paddle to the floating platform in the middle of the lake
• Staff will be present to help clip you on to an anchor line for the event
• When all participants have arrived and are secure on the water, the 50-minute sound bath will begin by approximately 6:30pm
• Following the sound bath, unclip and paddle back to the boathouse at your leisure

Meet the Instructor
Krista Pfohl is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, and Access Bars Practitioner. She has been offering vibrational healing sessions at The Awakened Center in Madison, WI, since 2018 and regularly leads sound baths throughout the area.
