We love helping groups bond, teams build, and friendships flourish. Whether you are planning a team building event, non-profit gathering, or youth group activity, our group boat rentals offer a unique experience to connect and celebrate on the water. Booking has never been easier with an automatic 20% off your rental of 10 or more boats! Simply select your location and lets get paddling!
For Groups with Minors
If you are planning a birthday party, field trip, an excursion for a kids camp, or a youth group, we are here to help you make the excursion easy, reduce risk, and ensure a great time for all.
Before you come, we MUST have a waiver for each participant; all minors MUST wear their PFD at all times, and we require at least one adult chaperone out on the water for every 10 kids. We STRONGLY recommend one adult to every four minors.
We love helping your group have a great time and our staff are happy to assist with basic safety and paddle instruction but please know we are not offering certified instructors or first responders.
Non-Profits and Tax Exempt Groups
We know our tax-exempt organizations and non-profits work hard to better our world. In thanks for your work, there IS NO MINIMUM to receive your 20% OFF paddlecraft.
Booking through these links for your discount and to remove sales tax (please note pontoons do not receive a discount, but you do not pay tax if booked here). Please note you will need your organization’s legal name and tax id to book your boats.
Our Group Services
Cancellation Policy
Should you choose to cancel or change the date of your event, our policies are as follows:
- More than 1 week before the event: re-book at no cost OR receive a 100% refund on event space, boat rental, and catering fees.
- Within 1 week of the event: re-book at no cost with a 15% upcharge on catering fees OR receive an 80% refund on event space and boat rental fees with no refund on catering fees.
- Less than 48 hours before the event: $50 re-booking fee with a 15% upcharge on catering fees, no refunds for a full cancellation.
Weather Cancellations
If your event needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, we provide the following options:
- More than 1 week before the event: re-book at no cost OR receive a 100% refund on event space, boat rental, and catering fees.
- Within 1 week of the event: re-book at no cost with a 15% upcharge on catering fees OR receive an 80% refund on event space and boat rental fees with no refund on catering fees.
