Boat House Crew
Serves guests and members renting boats, purchasing concession food, or inquiring about the Boat Houses. Duties include assisting guests with boat usage, maintaining boats and premises, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere at Wingra, Brittingham, or Marshall Boats.
*Applicants must be at least 14 years of age. Experience is not required, but training will be provided. A personal email address and a method of communication are required.

Pontoon Captain
Join our team as a Pontoon Captain, where you’ll navigate boats, ensure passenger safety, maintain the vessel in top condition, provide engaging tours, and manage onboard equipment. Leadership roles are available for those ready to oversee crew activities and assist in coordinating special maritime events.
*Motorboat experience is required, and a license must be obtained before employment. Upon hiring, additional on-site training will be provided.
Camp Counselor
Camp Wingra is looking for individuals who love being outdoors on the water, paddling or fishing, and want to spend a rewarding summer working with kids. We are looking for an experienced individual who is dependable, works well with others, is self-motivated, and understands what it takes to keep kids engaged and safe. We are looking to hire both fishing counselors, outdoor watersports counselors, and an Assistant Day Camp Coordinator with a high level of energy and enthusiasm all day, every day. This is Camp Wingra’s 16th year, and we have built a reputation for having outstanding kid-centered camps. Campers return year after year. We are looking for counselors to continue this tradition of building the best outdoor program.
